Victoria has a background in Primary Education in the UK, specialising in Education for Sustainable Development. Now a freelance consultant, Victoria works with schools, NGOs and Ministries of Education worldwide to review and redesign curriculum related programmes including the co-development of teacher training programmes and assessment systems. Victoria has a particular interest in teaching and learning in low-income countries. As a 4th year EdD student at IoE, UCL, Victoria is exploring Teacher Motivation in South Sudan through the use of Narrative Inquiry working with teachers in rural settings.
