Tom Milson is headteacher of Eagle House School (Bramley), a therapeutic community for young people who have significant social, emotional and mental health difficulties and autism. Over the past 10 years Tom has worked in a range of different special schools supporting some of the most challenging and complex young people within the UK. Tom’s research interests centre on psychological and therapeutic interventions in the school setting. Tom is the volunteer lead for inclusion within the Scouts across the UK, and is a trustee of the National Portage Association. Tom is also one of the convenors of BERA’s Inclusive Education special interest group.
