Dr Susan Davis is a Reader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Education, within the School of Education and Social Policy, Cardiff Metropolitan University. She is the pathway leader for the professional doctorate / EdD. On the Welsh Government DARPL programme, she is the research lead. Susan has been an early years teacher, lecturer in further education and taught with The Open University on their early childhood programmes. She is an active researcher, and her research interests include the learner journey for quiet, shy and anxious children. Currently, she is working with the National Museum of Wales on a research project relating to their Windrush exhibition and associated e-books on the HMT Windrush.
