Firstly, I am the father of four, fabulous daughters and then in no particular order I am a school leader, social entrepreneur, coach, facilitator, wellbeing advocate and just bloody curious.

After leaving school leadership in 2014, I have been a social entrepreneur leading two successful businesses that work with schools in supporting their staff and students fulfil their potential. I work mainly in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

I have recently joined the School of Education at the University of Hull has an associate lecturer. I am also a part-time PhD student researching the voices of the families of those pupils who have experienced exclusion from school.

I am passionate about learning and education. I am a strong advocate for collaboration and always happy to chat over coffee and cake.
