Dr Sarah Williams is a researcher and teacher educator with more than 25 years’ experience within education across the primary, secondary, special and higher education sectors. She is a principal lecturer within the Institute of Education at Sheffield Hallam University, and her research interests include education, physical education, teacher socialisation, leadership in primary schools and physical activity in primary schools. She has specific expertise in Primary PE and teacher professional development and as a result works closely with a number of primary practitioner networks and national and European research communities.
