Paula Ascorra has a PhD in Psychology from the University of Chile and is an academic at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile, and the University of Studies of Foggia, Italy. Her research interests focus on student and labour wellbeing, participation and democracy. Specifically, she researches management models of educational inclusion, where teacher and student wellbeing variables are considered. Recently, she has been involved in climate change issues, developing a methodology for participation and democratisation of communities affected by socio-environmental risks.
