Dr Paul Joseph-Richard is a chartered psychologist and senior lecturer in human resource management at Ulster University, Northern Ireland. Paul is a recipient of the National Teaching Fellowship Award (2023) for his commitment to disability inclusion. His research interests include leadership development, inclusive education and the impact of learning technology.
