Paul Campbell, Dr

Assistant Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership at The University of Hong Kong

Dr Paul Campbell is a (Research) Assistant Professor of Education Policy and Leadership at The Education University of Hong Kong. His research and teaching focuses on the intersection of collaboration, leadership, and educational change, with a particular interest in education policy development and governance. Prior to moving into higher education, Paul was a Vice Principal, Senior Leader, and Primary Teacher in Scotland, Australia, Spain and Hong Kong, and a Scholar-Practitioner Fellow of the Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change.

Paul is widely engaged in the broader education community. He is an elected board member and director of the International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement (ICSEI) and also serves as a Co-coordinator of their Educational Leadership Network, as well as chair of their Publications sub-committee. Paul also sits on the editorial board of the School Leadership and Management (SLAM) and Management in Education (MiE) journals.
