Naznin Tabassum is currently working as a Senior Lecturer and MSc Management Programme Leader at the University of Derby, UK. She worked in universities in Coventry, Teesside, Newcastle, Bradford and Leeds for several years. She is a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy and also achieved the Chartered Manager award from the Chartered Management Institute. Her research focuses both on organisational issues and pedagogic development. She has published books and journal articles on a range of issues, including gender, resilience and strategy. She is very keen on enhancing the student learning experience and focuses on research-led teaching, innovative teaching practices and carbon literacy.
