Dr Mario R Moya is the Course Leader for the MA in Education at the University of East London. He leads modules in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, advocating for teachers’ voices, particularly those who are marginalised and minoritised. His area of interest focuses on removing barriers in education, with a special emphasis on the inclusion of teachers and lecturers with disabilities. Mario’s academic work is driven by the goal of creating inclusive environments where educators can thrive. Through his leadership and advocacy, he aims to transform the educational landscape, ensuring that teachers and lecturers, regardless of their background or abilities, have the opportunity to succeed and make a meaningful impact in their field.
