Maria Kondratjuk, Professor

Professor Maria Kondratjuk is an Educational Scientist with special focus on Processes of Lifelong Learning and Adult/Continuing Education, Organisational Development in Education, Educational Science, Qualitative Research Methodologies and Education for Sustainable Development. She is currently Professor for Organisational Development in Education at Dresden University of Technology at the Faculty of Educational Science. Her research and work focus on conditions, contexts and frameworks of lifelong learning; socio-ecological transformation and education for sustainable development; professionality and professional action in pedagogical fields of action; transformative science and ‘researching transformation’; educational science as discipline and transdisciplinarity as an epistemological principle; methods and methodologies of social and educational qualitative research; organisational development in educational systems; and decolonising and transforming education.
