Maggie Hoerger moved from the United States more than 20 years ago and is now a senior lecturer in education at the School of Educational Sciences at Bangor University. Maggie is a behavioural scientist interested in the implementation of evidence-informed strategies to improve school cultures. Her recent research has aimed to establish positive whole-school cultures to help prevent the development of disruptive behaviours. Maggie has significant practical and research experience with mainstream and SEN schools in the UK.
