I am a UK based educator and educational developer focussed on the development of inclusive and equitable higher education practices. My first teaching role was at the University for the Creative Arts and my first educational development role was at the University of the Arts London where I led various projects promoting curriculum decolonisation. Since 2022, I have been at the University of Kent, supporting academic and curriculum development across the disciplines. As part of my work, I draw on my lived experience as a mixed-race Brit from a working-class background.
