Professor Lucas Walsh is director of the Monash Centre for Youth Policy & Education Practice (CYPEP) within the Faculty of Education at Monash University. He is a chief investigator of the Q Project to improve the use of research evidence in schools, as well as the Australian Research Council-funded project Invisible Labour: Principals’ Emotional Labour in Volatile Times. His research explores the political, economic, cultural, social and technological dimensions of young people’s lives and how education, training and policy can better support young people to navigate them.
