With twenty years of experience in Welsh educational settings, Lilian has transitioned from traditional pedagogical focus to championing Diversity and Anti-racist Professional Learning (DARPL).
Lilian engages in strategic leadership aimed at teacher education provision. This commitment is further underlined by Lilian's ongoing Welsh Government-funded Doctorate, an endeavour carving new pathways in professional learning focussed on anti-racism.
