Dr Lee Jerome is Professor of Education at Middlesex University, where he is course leader for the MA Childhood and Education in Diverse Societies. He explores three main themes in his research and writing: citizenship education, children’s rights and teacher education. His most recent book was co-authored with Hugh Starkey and explores ‘Children's Rights Education in Diverse Classrooms’. He is currently working on the National Citizenship Education Study with the Association for Citizenship Teaching.
