Kexin Qin is a first-year doctoral candidate at the Collaborative Innovation Center of Assessment for Basic Education Quality, Beijing Normal University. Qin’s broad area of research is educational measurement and evaluation. She is interested in issues about how the opportunity to learn (OTL) influences students’ learning outcomes, and her current work focuses on the two dimensions of OTL, that is, how time and quality contribute to students’ achievement.
