Julie is employed in Bodø municipality as an educational advisor and researcher. Her work focuses on teachers' and school leaders’ professional learning through school-based professional development. Her research interests include school development, teamwork, critical reflection, and experience as starting points for professional learning and development. She is also concerned with video research.
