Jodie Pinnell is a senior lecturer, undergraduate course leader and senior tutor in the School of Education and Sociology at the University of Portsmouth. Her professional background is in further education, working within the subject areas of Sport and Outdoor Education, and post-compulsory teacher training. Research interests include technology enhanced learning, outdoor learning and action research projects. She is a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK.
