Jamie is the Associate Performance Officer for XP Trust’s Executive Team which is based in Doncaster, UK. He leads on Trust wide initiatives on teaching and learning, digital technologies, leadership development, and ‘How we XP’. A former principal and senior leader in several North of England schools, Jamie brings a wealth of experience to educational leadership. He is also an active teaching practitioner who loves teaching within XP School’s highly ambitious expeditionary learning curriculum.
