Ilse Derluyn is a professor at Ghent University, Belgium. Her main research topics concern the wellbeing of (unaccompanied) migrant and refugee children, war‐affected children and victims of trafficking. She is heading the Centre for the Social Study of Migration and Refugees (CESSMIR) and is co-director of the Centre for Children in Vulnerable Situations (CCVS).
