Heidi Long is a partnership coordinator at the University of Exeter, managing primary school relations for the PGCE programme. She is currently completing a Master’s-level apprenticeship in academic research and is using her unique partnership perspective on educational research to explore educational issues around social mobility and supporting schools in challenging circumstances. Her recent research project involved exploring the perceptions of challenging schools held by trainee teachers.
