Hannah Wainwright is a PGR in the School of Education at the University of Leeds. Following a decade-long career as a primary school teacher, Hannah’s PhD research looks at the ways in which participatory drama is being used to support belonging for people seeking sanctuary. Alongside her PhD research, Hannah is a member of the editorial team for Hillary Place Papers, the PGR journal for the School of Education at the University of Leeds. It is in this capacity that Hannah has been involved in researching collective academic development through involvement in a community academic journal.
