Gideon Kwasi Animah is a PhD student in the department of Education at the University of Bath. He completed his undergraduate degree in Economics and Management at the University of Venice and his master’s degree in public administration at the University of Birmingham. Before moving to Bath, he worked for various City Councils as a Senior Revenue officer and as a Business Support Officer with the National Governance Association. His research interest is in Educational Leadership & Management; Equity and Quality in Basic Education; Basic Education in Ghana; Rural Basic Education.
