Gadi Bialik (Ph.D) is a senior lecturer in the Kibbutzim College of Education and the upcoming Head of the Educational Administration Department. His areas of interest are Educational-Change; The Development of Social Justice Educational Leadership; Specialized and Alternative Schools; Educational R&D and Close-to-Practice Research. Gadi Leads as primary investigator in partnership with the Israeli Educational Ministry and Israeli LEA’s Long-term R&D projects aiming at promoting educational change and innovation.
