Francisca Álvarez-Figueroa is a Lecturer in Employment Studies and a Work and Equalities Institute member. Her PhD analyses the display of Organisational Citizenship Behaviours in Chilean School Districts. Her research focuses on decent work from the perspectives of fair treatment, participation, equality, diversity and inclusion, and intersectionality in the global south.
