Elizabeth Aylott has worked in the further education and higher education sector for more than 17 years, supporting postgraduate and undergraduate students to develop their business and human resources (HR) skills. The author of two books, Employment Law and Employee Relations, she has a strong interest in equity in both the workplace and in education, and experience in a range of sectors, often at times of unforeseen change. She was diagnosed with autism in 2019 at the age of 50.
