Ekene Okobi
Ekene “E” Okobi is an interdisciplinary artist, journalist, playwright and poet from San Francisco. Her pedagogical practice includes developing and facilitating family and community workshops, classroom teaching, undergraduate and graduate coursework facilitation, as well as professional development for early career practitioners. She was a recipient of the 2024 San Francisco Public Library Brown Handler Writer’s Residency.
