Dr Deborah Holt is a lecturer in Mental Health Promotion and Health and Wellbeing at the University of Edinburgh. Her research interests include positive mental health promotion in education contexts, which incorporates teacher wellbeing; the social and emotional inclusion of refugee children; sex education and how teacher education prepares students for their responsibilities around health and wellbeing promotion.
