I am Academic Operations Lead for Education at the University of Bolton and Senior Lecturer responsible for leading and managing the BA (Hons) Education and Learning degree. My doctoral research was on the analysis of children’s drawings where I have developed a new model for analysis. My research interests also include AI and Education, coaching, communication and language, and the social construction of learning and knowledge. As an experienced senior educational leader my educational background also includes 10 years as a primary school teacher and 9 years as a commercial HR Management Development Manager. My research interests are engendered by these experiences.
