Alison Braddock has spent many years in educational management and teaching up to master's level. Since 2016, she has managed the Academy of Inclusivity at Swansea University. The academy focuses on inclusive academic and pastoral support for students from groups under-represented at the university. Research with staff and students has led to implementing a range of evidence-based initiatives, which are subsequently evaluated.
