Master of Science in Educational Leadership. She has almost five years of experience as a teacher and content manager in Kazakhstani universities. Currently, she works as a Research assistant at KERA (Kazakhstan Educational Research Association), and an expert expert of continuing education courses for Kazakhstani public servants at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
