Neurodivergent Researcher Network Coffee hour

The Neurodivergent Researcher Network is intended to provide a platform for neurodivergent researchers to come together, collaborate, offer mutual support, and share experiences.

Our coffee hours involve open floor discussion, with each focusing on a different ‘hot topic’. In this meeting meeting, we will follow on from the conversation at our Breakfast Session at the BERA Annual Conference, and discuss the topic of Disclosing Neurodiversity to the Workplace. What are the implications of disclosing neurodivergence to line managers, Human Resources, or PhD supervisors, for those with and without a formal diagnosis?

The meeting will take place over Teams. There will also be an anonymous chat for any questions or comments from anyone who would prefer not to speak on camera.

If you have any suggestions for future hot topics, please contact the network leads.
