Coaches:
There are 2 pick up points for coaches to the venue and will return. You do not need to pre-book a space on the coach. Coaches will be available from 6.30pm-7.00pm from:

Birmingham Botanical Gardens is the green heart of Birmingham, offering a uniquely biodiverse natural environment. It is one of the UK’s most significant historic Botanic Gardens which has remarkably remained intact since 1829.

With access to an exclusive greenhouse and the grounds during the dinner, this will be the ‘must attend’ part of the conference to be remembered. Be prepared to dress up with your dancing shoes.

There is a separate bar area that will be available for the duration of the dinner if you want to continue conversations with friends and colleagues when the entertainment starts.

An informal evening reception is open to all delegates at no extra cost. Delegates are invited to the Welcome Reception whilst enjoying wine (soft drinks are available) and a light bite.

This will be an excellent opportunity to network and mingle with exhibitors, meet old friends and colleagues, and to make new ones.

The Welcome Reception is included in the full registration fees. Additional tickets for guests can be purchased at the time of registration.
