Exhibition package:
The exhibition hall is positioned to capture maximum customer engagement during formal breaks and between sessions. Catering is positioned near exhibitor stands for constant delegate flow.
Exhibition units are sold by the table (6’) and the minimum unit is 1 table.
Each exhibition unit includes:
- 1 table and 2 chairs
- 2 exhibitor passes and catering included
- Logo and 100 word entry and company contact details on the website and mobile app
- One set of delegate information per company (printed, this will be received at the conference)
- Logo added to the holding slides in the plenary room (main lecture theatre)
Advertising and brand opportunities
For those unable to attend the conference in person we offer a range of advertising opportunities. We no longer accept delegate bag inserts. We will also not be having a printed programme on the day for adverts.

Sponsorship opportunities
Support the BERA Conference by sponsoring one of the below items and supporting further.
- 1.5 hour parallel session – have the opportunity to have your own session in the programme. Book early to ensure this can be scheduled with less conflicts in the programme. Alternatively organise this as a breakfast session
- Sponsored table at Gala Dinner – reserve a table at the Gala Dinner and invited your chosen guests (normally tables are not available to reserve)
- Poster sponsor – Each year we have a prize for the best poster at the conference. For thi year there will be two prizes. One for the physical poster and one for the ePoster. Have your company acknowledge as a sponsor and promoted on all publicity, photography and certification.
