Llanwern High School, the 2021 BCF Curriculum Investigation Grant winners have been awarded the first Betty Campbell MBe award for promoting the contributions and perspectives of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities.
They were recognised for their work on anti-racism,including the work funded by the BCF Curriculum Investigation Grant. Their grant was awarded for the project led by Siân Smith, “Can a whole school curriculum focus on Celebrating Diversity reduce the volume of racist incidents?”
