Constitution and Articles of Association

The Constitution was first adopted in April 1974 and was amended in September 1975, September 1976, September 1996, September 2003, September 2006, September 2007, September 2008, September 2010 and September 2012.

The Articles of Association were agreed at the AGM in September 2012 and replaced the Constitution. The Articles of Association were amended in September 2013, September 2017, September 2018 and November 2022.
