Every year BELMAS hosts a conference in different parts of the UK, and invites both its 1000+ membership, and new colleagues interested in the area, to participate. We welcome new and experienced researchers, school and college leaders, doctoral students and many others from all over the world. This enables a rich dialogue, along with excellent networking opportunities.

The theme for 2016 is: “Unlocking leadership and management potential in different contexts”, and we will be welcoming Keynote Speakers Philip Hallinger, Sheila Laing, and Stephan Huber.
