Dr Tom Calvard is a senior lecturer in Organisation Studies at the University of Edinburgh Business School, and its current Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) director. He received his PhD from the University of Sheffield. His research and teaching focuses on employee and student experiences of diversity, technology, ethics and change.
