Andrew Woon is a senior lecturer in Strategic Management and the Programme Director for the BSc Business Management (Year 3) at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Certified Business and Management Educator, with extensive teaching experience in both the UK and Malaysia. His research interests focus on compassionate pedagogy and faculty wellbeing in the higher education sector.
