Social Events

Ensure you attend the welcome reception this year, which has been expanded to include a full supper for the evening. We want to ensure our social events are cost effective so this year due to the location and venues available there will be no gala dinner held on the Wednesday evening.

Tuesday 9 September 2025

Welcome Reception 18.30 – 20.00
Price: Free for all registered delegates
Venue: University of Sussex

An informal evening reception is open to all delegates at no extra cost. Delegates are invited to the Welcome Reception whilst enjoying wine (soft drinks are available) and supper.

This will be an excellent opportunity to network and mingle with exhibitors, meet old friends and colleagues, and to make new ones.

The Welcome Reception is included in the full registration fees.
