Yu-Ping Hsu is an assistant professor in the Center for Teacher Education at National Taiwan University. She holds a PhD in Policy Studies and Higher Education from the UCL Institute of Education. Before her current role, Dr Hsu gained diverse experience as an educator in high schools and within the education department of local government. Her research utilises both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to explore issues in higher education and teacher education, with a particular focus on policy, professional development and social change.
