I am a doctoral researcher, educator and learning designer from the School of Education here at UofG. Having expertise in teaching and learning in higher education, I am devoted to academic & educational development of early career academics (ECAs), quality teaching in higher education, and instructional design.
In my PhD project, I explore the sociomaterial (f)actors that contribute to ECAs' teacher development – or in a nutshell, what and who helps becoming a "better" university teacher and what hinders the ECAs' development of teaching skills.
