Lucy Robinson, Dr

Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Oxford

Dr Lucy Robinson has recently completed her ESRC-funded DPhil at the Department of Education, University of Oxford. Her doctoral research involved working creatively with groups of service children to explore how service life shapes their identity and school experiences. Before embarking on her DPhil, she completed her PGCE and MEd in Primary Education at the University of Cambridge. Lucy is a Trustee of the Armed Forces Education Trust (AFET), a grant-giving charity which supports service children's education which has been compromised or put at risk as a result of parents’ past or current service in the British Armed Forces.

Lucy is currently working as part of the research team, under Dr Julia Badger, Dr Ariel Lindorff and Dr Chloe Bracegirdle on the project ‘Pupil interactions and networks in special schools’, based at the University of Oxford's Department of Education.
