Steph currently works in ITE at Oxford Brookes University as a senior lecturer in primary mathematics. In her final year of a PhD with the University of Northampton, Steph hopes that her research will cast a much-needed spotlight on the curriculum and assessment practices of multi-academy trusts (MATs).
