Dr Katja Jönsas is a principal researcher at Pearson College London. In her current role, Katja is leading a project funded by the Office for Students and Research England titled Work Integrated Learning: Sustainable models for student-industry engagement, which is focused on the organisation of knowledge exchange activities in the context of educational collaboration. Prior to joining Pearson College London, Katja worked as a visiting lecturer at Newcastle University London. She holds a PhD in management and has a background in social and cultural anthropology. Her research interests are higher education, careers, employability and gender.
