Paul Warmington is an internationally recognised scholar in the field of the race, education and social justice. His writing, teaching and research has focused on Black British intellectual and educational movements; critical race studies; race equality in UK education policy; media coverage of education; student experiences in further and vocational education; work-related learning practices. Paul is a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Global Learning, Coventry University. He has previously taught and researched at the University of Nottingham (2000-2003); University of Birmingham (2004-2016); University of Warwick (2017-2021); Goldsmiths College (visiting, 2022-2024).
