Crystal Magotra is currently working as a research assistant at the Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA), Ahmedabad on a project funded by Facebook focusing on entrepreneurial education. Her research interests include innovation, education policy, social cognition and organisational behaviour. In 2020, she was selected as one of the 32 changemakers from around the world to participate in the F.A.I.R Project organised by 8One Foundation and Unicef. She is currently continuing her work with them on education policy as a research fellow. Through this project, she has interacted with world leaders and actively advocated for an inclusive and multidisciplinary education in Kashmir. She has previously worked extensively with students of Jammu and Kashmir and has volunteered with various education-based non-governmental organisations in India. She has graduated with a liberal arts degree in psychology and will be commencing her MSc education degree from the University of Oxford in October 2021.
