Please note the above fees now include attending the Early Career Researcher Conference, however please indicate attendance on the registration form.
Due to the city centre location and the range of accommodation available in the surrounding area to suit all budgets, we ask that you make your own accommodation arrangements.
* All full-time students are entitled to register at these rates but must submit a letter from their institution with their application form confirming full time student status.
Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of registering. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Delta and VISA Debit card. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.
Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you. If you have not received this within 5 days of registering, please contact the Conference Organisers by emailing bera@in-conference.org.uk
Delegate Cancellation
Before you proceed with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
Notification of cancellations should be made by email to bera@in-conference.org.uk Substitutions can be made at any time.
Up to 11th August 2014 | The registration fee will be refunded less £35 administration fee |
After 11th August 2014 | No refunds on registration will be made |
No Shows | Will not be refunded. If you fail to arrive at the conference you are still liable to pay |
Cancellations | Will only be accepted if they are recieved by email |
Membership of BERA
To benefit from the reduced member rate, you can join BERA at the same time as registering. Follow the steps in the registration form.
Accommodation

Special Requirements
Please advise the conference secretariat of any special dietary (including vegetarian) or physical requirements when registering so that your needs can be accommodated.
Cancellation of the Conference
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event.
Insurance
The conference cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before travelling.
